Treatment Options
Treatment is tailored to your needs and may include one or more of the following approaches.
Acupuncture
Fine, sterile needles are placed at selected points based on your assessment and treatment goals. Acupuncture may be included in care for pain, muscle tension, mobility concerns and other health-related symptoms.
Dry Needling
Dry needling targets tight muscles and trigger points using fine, sterile needles. It may be included in care for muscle tension, pain and restricted movement.
Electroacupuncture
Electroacupuncture applies gentle electrical stimulation through selected acupuncture needles. Settings are adjusted to the individual and may be used as part of care for pain, muscle tension and certain nerve-related symptoms.
Cupping
Cupping uses suction applied to the skin and soft tissues. It may be included in care for muscle tension, stiffness and restricted movement, often alongside acupuncture.
Ear Seeds
Small seeds or beads are placed on selected points of the ear and secured with adhesive. They provide gentle, ongoing stimulation between appointments and may be used to support pain, stress, sleep and overall well-being..
